Hey Hart Beat! How’s your week going so far? It’s been a busy time this week and I don’t have a ton to write to you this week. Lo siento. I hope you won’t hate me forever, Hart Beat. Today I was to share with you some photos that I’ve been swooning over for a while.
One of my best friends Marina (who I met when studying abroad in Spain, FIJAOS), was lucky enough this summer to take a trip down to Mexico City with her dad. Marina’s dad is an architect and Marina herself works at an art gallery in New York so between the two of them, they knew the right beautiful places to visit. I asked Marina if I could share some of her photos on the blog here and, lucky you, she said yes!
I’ve traveled a few times to Mexico but all the times I went was way back in history when I was still in high school. I haven’t been back to the country in a while and now that I’m seeing these photos and hearing Marina’s rave reviews of the food, culture and pace of life I now know the next place I want to go. If you’re considering visiting Mexico sometime in the future, you may want to click here to see what you can do while you’re over here.
So Hart Beat, enjoy these beautiful photos this Thursday afternoon and give Marina a huge THANKS across the internets.
P.S. Marina visited Portugal a few years ago and shared them here on the blog as well!
